Angels and demons...

...and other strange creatures are to be found almost everyday on the Ramblas. A little assortment of them.
For those who don't know, the Ramblas are large avenues, former riverbeds in fact, very nice places for a stroll in the sun.

17 people made us smile:

I love street performers. The most entertaining, I believe, are on Venice Beach in Los Angeles. You can always plan to be entertained.

Somewhere in Burbank, California, at the Disney Company headquarters there is probably some junior lawyer asking his or her boss, "Sir, do you see this collage of photos of street performers on Rob and Mandy's Barelona Daily Photo blog? Should I catch an airplane and fly to Barcelona and track down that Mickey Mouse character and sue him or her for trademark infringement?"

What are the Rambles? I didn't realise at first these figurs are real people. I love street performers - they're immenley talented, especially those that are painted and stand still in a pose for hours.
Excellent collage - I like how you've grouped them.
Cheers.

I think I'd like to stroll down these ramblas - I mean where else can you find so many interesting people and folks to look at?

Angels and demons indeed...I just hope the angels outnumber the demons for a change!

Thanks for sharing this ! I was in Barcelona 5 years ago for 1 year and I remember half of the same people.

The fat lady in pink is Argentinian. I know this because my Argentinian coworker was Argentinian and told me.

The bikeriders were my favorite. I should post my pictures from Las Ramblas. I used to walk through it to get to my job every day.
