Short trip to Valencia

A town where we love going back is Valencia. Valencia is not in Catalunya, although the local language, valenciano is close enough to Catalan.
Wonderful train station there, with a lot of traditional tiles.

One of the things I like so much about Europe is how in many cases public places are dressed up...it would be rare to find anything like this in the U.S.

It's quite beautiful and to think it's all tile!

What fancy, posh tiles to be found at a train station!
