I admire these artists on the Rambla, not just for their skill, but also, and maybe mostly, for their patience. Sitting there for hours, waiting for clients, in the cold, in the heat, in the often very crowded Rambla. A job for saints...
And hasn't she got a big nose... Oops, sorry: it's a caricature!

I too admire these artists, they're so talented!
God bless you!

I wish I'd be artistic like that ;)
I'm really impressed by the drawing on the right in your second shot. Great post.
Wonderful images and so clear.
This reminds «Louis» of the artists in the Place du Tertre square on Montmartre in Paris.
«Louis» likes the new header! As he's commented before, you really pick some amazing photos for your headers!
«Louis» always appreciates your visits to San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.
I was thinking the same as "Louis".
These are people with talents, and I have seen them in London and Paris.
Nice and interesting. Thanks for sharing!:-)
I wonder if Viggo has seen his portrait!
Those pencil or charcoal portraits are after my heart. I love doing them when I did. My daughter is good at it too. This guy is really good.
Contrairement à Louis l'Américain, moi j'ai pensé à Central Park, là où j'ai vu ces peintres pour la dernière fois. Je me demande quand même si la jeune fille du haut a aimé le nez que lui a dessiné l'artiste !
great images of artists in action. it is amazing the talent some people have to paint and draw. truly inspiring. I am glad you are enjoying the biosphere photos. it is a different place. i have a few more photos to go and then I will show Spring in Arizona.
I'm sure they love their job!
Hello, Vigo!
Thank you for sending my favorite actor, R&M!
Great composition especially of second shot - the colors in the artist's jacket stand out and we get to see his artwork.
