Even though I am French, having lived in Dublin and Cork, Ireland for quite a while, somewhere inside I feel very Irish. I read somewhere that there are over 13000 Irishmen and women living in Barcelona. I can understand this, as the weather here is so much nicer! Everybody has a sunseeking side, somewhere inside.
So anyway, there are many many Irish pubs around. This is one of them, Molly's Fair City. The fair city in question is Dublin! Incidentally, the name Dublin is viking, Dubh Lynn meaning black pond. Is this the reason why Guinness is dark? Is there a pond full of Guinness somewhere?

The Irish Diaspora is quite amazing. There is a very good book chronicling it and when I find the author and title I will share it with you. And you are right we all can be Irish in our hearts!
Hi there Rob, this is certainly an Irish pub abroad - the name is a mix of Molly Malone and her song In Dublin's Fair City lyrics - and Fair City is the name of the popular Irish soap -like Eastenders for Ireland. I suppose Irish people here find these pubs a bit kitschy but they have an appeal to the diaspora. Being able to learn as much of life as no where else, it was of great joy to spend much time in a local Irish Pub back in Hamburg, Germany. Learned as well most of me English there.

If there's a pondful of Guinness somewhere, there must be some happy, drunk fish gurgling limericks within it! I'd love to visit this pub-- its entrance is so colorful and cheerful!
