A window to...

The weather is so nice at the moment, that I would love spending my days just looking out of the window and watch the world go by... My employer says: no.

On a darker note... There are some huge forest fires in the north of Catalunya, right on the french border, thousands of hectares of woods and bushes burning. Our thoughts go to the 4 dead and the many injured and evacuated. We start actually smelling the smoke from here, 100 km away, brought by the very strong winds in the area.

Our world on Tuesday, the good and the bad.

Good luck to the people who are facing the danger of the fire.

Our thoughts are with those people trying to escape from the fires sweeping across their land and threatening their homes.

Ha, nice. I always picked my residences according to the view out the window.

Sorry about that fire. It is awful, all the burning going on.

Oh how I love street art - this is fantastic. I'm sorry to hear about the forest fires, we get bushfires quite a lot here too and they're so scary...

This was definitely the summer for horrible fires all over the world. Loved the photo. My school room has no windows but I dream of them everyday. Hope the fires are out now. genie

Fantastic mural Rob, but such drastic news about the fire situation. It's so cold in Perth that I sometimes forget that it's very hot and dry over on your side of the world. I truly hope that they can get the fires under control soon without any more loss of life.
